We love Dr Martin. She is so patient and kind with our special needs child and always makes him (and parents) feel comfortable.

Our room reeked of marijuana so badly. I can't believe another parent came to their dr smelling like that. And our nurse didn't say a thing. I know she smelled it

Every appointment is wonderful great staff

I appreciated both the nurse's and doctor's attention to detail pertaining to my son's recent injury, ER instructions, and his medical history. I also appreciated the timely response to my mychart message and their willingness to reschedule when his father unexpectedly took him out of town before necessary follow up visits, as well as the doctor's info/instructions regarding care and a further follow up visit with the Pediatric ENT.

I thought that the staff was fairly courteous, especially the nurse. Did not feel like the doctor listened to our concerns and was actually dismissive about some what we thought were pretty serious concerns. I didn't make too big of a deal about the time because I didn't want to alarm my daughter, but it really bothered her later on the way home how she felt like she wasn't listened to by this particular doctor. That hasn't been the case in the past, so it was a bit upsetting to feel like our concerns were dismissed and not really acknowledged necessarily. So just wanted to share that, and I'm hoping it won't be the case next time. And I may follow up with more details at a later date, trying to decide. Okay? Thank you.

The only issue we have encountered is the front staff. They always seem disengaged or bothered when you come in. One associate was even on her phone and finished what she was doing before acknowledging me, and that was still without direct eye contact. The nurses and doctors are amazing though which is what keeps us coming back.

Dr. Martin is an excellent doctor. She listens, explains everything carefully, answers questions doesn't rush and even took the time to call and check on the baby hours after we left the doctor office.

Our experience inside the office was great.

Dr. Martin was excellent as always. She even asked me about one of my other children that had a recent visit with her.

We love Dr Martin. She has cared for our daughters since they were babies and always remembers them and makes it as non-scary as possible. As the mother of 2 shot-phobic kids, I appreciate how quickly the office functions when the kids are dreading an injection (or more) at the end of the visit!

Dr. Martin was thoughtful, thorough, and caring. I'm so grateful to have her as our pediatrician. She has a good head on her shoulders and is very practical.
